Business Data Analyst
Job Location- Remote ( Candidate needs to work at EST Hour)
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, data teams, and system SMEs, ensuring that commercial, CRM, and opportunity data are effectively leveraged to meet business objectives.
- Lead the definition and documentation of business data requirements, translating sales, marketing, and commercial needs into clear specifications for analytics and AI enablement.
- Collaborate with IT, analytics, and AI teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across integrated platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, Enterprise ChatGPT).
- Analyze business processes and data flows to identify insights, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or AI-driven improvement.
- Support performance measurement and reporting, developing dashboards and KPIs that align with business goals and track adoption, engagement, and impact.
- Serve as a trusted business partner in testing, validation, and rollout, ensuring solutions deliver value and are adopted effectively by end users.

AI & Insight Readiness Documentation : Curated business context and data specifications to support GPT-based analysis and future AI use cases.
Post-Deployment Impact Reports : Business outcome assessments showing how insights and dashboards drive measurable commercial performance improvements.

CRM & Commercial Data Expertise Deep understanding of customer, opportunity, and sales pipeline data within CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).Advanced Data Analysis & Visualization Proficient in Power BI, Excel, and SQL for developing insights, dashboards, and performance reporting that support commercial strategy.Data Integration & Process Mapping Skilled at connecting and interpreting data across sales, marketing, and commercial systems to capture end-to-end business flow.Data Quality & Governance Experienced in validating and maintaining consistency of CRM and commercial data to support accurate reporting and decision-making.Familiarity with Databricks, AWS, and ChatGPT Environments Comfortable working within cloud-based platforms and leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance business analysis and automation.Business Intelligence Tools Proficient in designing and maintaining analytical models that tie business process performance to measurable outcomes.Business & Collaboration Skills
