Job descriptionPrepare a variety of wings, pizzas, sandwiches, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using fryers, broilers, ovens, grills, stovetops, and other kitchen equipment. Properly prep ingredients according to the Prep Appendix for use in menu item preparation. Preserve the integrity and quality of all food products. Maintain food value through proper ordering, rotation, and defrosting procedures. Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and maintained. Monitor food costs by minimizing waste, following correct rotation practices, preventing theft, ensuring accurate recipes, and reducing errors. Oversee the maintenance of kitchen equipment and cleanliness of all kitchen areas. Ensure proper sanitation practices and the accurate rotation of stock. Perform other duties as assigned by the manager-on-duty.
