Project Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Pipefitter / Plumber Foreman to lead field crews on mechanical piping and plumbing installations. The Foreman will oversee daily operations, coordinate with project managers and superintendents, ensure work meets quality and safety standards, and keep projects on schedule and within budget. This is a leadership role requiring strong technical knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to motivate and direct field teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise a crew of pipefitters and plumbers on commercial and industrial projects.
• Plan and coordinate work activities, manpower, and materials to meet project deadlines.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate layout and installation.
• Inspect completed work for compliance with company standards, project specifications, and local codes.
• Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain daily reports, track progress, and communicate job site updates.
• Promote and enforce all company and OSHA safety procedures.
• Train and mentor apprentices and journeymen in best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical or scheduling issues in the field.
