Valley Pointe Nursing and Rehab Center is hiring Registered Nurse (RN).\n\nWe are looking for a Full Time RN for PM Shift (3 : 00PM to 11 : 30PM)\n\nStarting Rate for New Grads : $47 / H, more with experience.\n\nRegistered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities\n

• Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice\n
• Observe and interpret patient's symptoms and communicate them to physicians\n
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients\n
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients' charts\n\nRequirements\n
