On top of an hourly rate, we pay per diem for travel : $45 / day on travel days, $60 for days in-between. $25 additional per day if two employees share a hotel room.

Job Summary : The Civil Crew Lead is responsible for building each civil job as defined by the client’s scope of work and construction drawings. This encompasses, but is not limited to, loading and unloading all job materials, maintaining all tools, trucks, and equipment issued to the civil crew, meeting with superintendent and project manager before and after each job, operating light to heavy equipment, general site grading, excavation of tower and building foundations, placing rebar, pouring and finishing concrete, reading grade and elevation. This is a non-climbing position.
