As a Security Lead Officer - Research Site in Redwood City, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in supporting a secure environment at a dynamic and innovative location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the assigned area, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any issues that arise. You will engage with people on-site, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication while upholding our values of integrity, teamwork, and a people-first approach. Pay Rate : $24.50 / Hour

Job Schedule : DayTime

What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
