Job Title : Human Resource Generalist

FLSA Status : Exempt

Summary :

We are looking for a motivated and driven Plant HR Generalist to join our team. The Human Resources Generalist manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office. Talent Acquisition is a big part of this position, so the Plant HR Generalist must have exceptional communication skills, and experience developing recruiting processes and resources.

The Plant HR Generalist carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas : recruitment and selection, employee relations, training, benefits management, safety, and data entry functions. This position requires an extremely perceptive person who can relate to individuals at all levels within the organization.
