Job description

Position Summary

As a Sales Director at League, you are joining at a tipping point moment in our growth. With 63 million people contracted onto the platform and significant investment to date, League partners with leading health care brands to drive digital experiences. This is a high-impact growth role focused on enterprise sales and strategic partnerships in healthcare.

In this role you will be a key member of our growth team, scaling the business across priority segments including healthcare providers, payers, pharmacy retailers and digital health innovators. You will be accountable for leading complex, enterprise-scale business development and sales initiatives with prospective League customers, and will scope and design customer partnerships to power the digital transformation of their consumer, member or patient experience.

In this role you will

  • Own the end-to-end sales process for target strategic platform accounts
  • Leverage your own relationships to build pipeline, collaborating with the Business Development Manager and Marketing on Account Based Marketing campaigns
  • Work with League Executives and Go-to-Market leaders to build the story and materials for Powered by League prospective accounts
  • Collaborate with Go-to-Market leadership to create and improve persuasive sales processes and buyer journeys, especially in new industry verticals
  • Negotiate complex partnership agreements through to completion
  • Identify and communicate product needs of Powered by League prospects / industry verticals to executive leadership
  • Achieve budgeted sales objectives and maintain an accurate and thorough sales forecast
  • Ensure successful handoffs of accounts from sales to delivery
  • Foster a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement across go-to-market functions

About you

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales
  • Experience in platform as a service, digital transformation, and / or consumer & patient engagement sales
  • Knowledge of the US healthcare industry (Providers, Pharmacy Retailers) and / or health benefits industry (Payers, HCM, Brokers)
  • History of successful quota attainment in a complex sales environment
  • Ability to win the support of key C-Suite stakeholders in large corporates
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and sales acceleration tools
  • Experience developing client presentations and webinars
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience

  • US Applicants Only : The US-specific compensation range below for this full-time position is exclusive of bonus, equity and benefits. The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for base salaries across US locations. Band placement depends on skills and experience. Your recruiter can share more during the hiring process.

    Compensation range for USA applicants only : $154,700 - $232,100 USD
