Information Technology Manager
Summary of Responsibilities
The Information Technology (IT) Manager is responsible for overseeing all management information systems across the organization, including ERP and manufacturing systems, VOIP communications, LIMS, maintenance, warehouse / inventory systems, and cybersecurity infrastructure. This individual will lead and manage the IT program, leveraging both internal and external resources to ensure that all systems remain secure, up to date, and optimized for user performance and efficiency.
The IT Manager will apply a continuous improvement mindset and a customer-focused approach to identify opportunities for technological enhancement, streamline business processes, and deliver measurable performance improvements. Strong project management skills and the ability to execute initiatives on time and within budget are essential.

Education & Experience
Required :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
7–10 years of progressive experience in IT management or related technical leadership roles
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
Preferred :
MBA or advanced degree in Business or Computer Science (or a related discipline)
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

Conduct all IT-related activities with safety and compliance as top priorities.

Functional Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic IT improvements to enhance system reliability, security, and user experience.
Provide leadership and technical guidance to IT staff to maintain optimal system functionality and uptime.
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure effective system support, security updates, and project execution.
Oversee IT infrastructure, including network operations, system upgrades, and data protection measures.
Apply strong project management discipline to plan, budget, execute, test, and complete IT initiatives successfully.
Drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment between IT capabilities and business goals.
Physical Demands
Occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs.
May require bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, or lifting overhead as needed during system or hardware maintenance tasks.
