As a Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager in RICK’s land development department, you will have an opportunity to work with a multi-disciplinary team on meaningful, landmark projects in the Phoenix region. As a member of the RICK team, you will partner with Clients to transform their vision into successful projects. You will learn from and work alongside industry-leading experts and together shape the future of tomorrow.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Clients and serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle including providing expert guidance on the design process, delivering regular progress updates, and ensuring alignment of project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Oversee and direct all phases of complex land development projects from site evaluation and due diligence through scoping, proposals, design plans and reports, permitting, and final approvals.
• Lead project teams by establishing clear expectations, ensuring technical excellence, and promoting a collaborative environment focused on efficiency, quality, and innovation.
• Work with Principals within RICK and provide strategic input on business development opportunities and support firm growth through Client retention and new project pursuits.
• Champion mentoring, training, and professional development initiatives to strengthen staff capabilities and support career progression within the team.
