Customer Service Representative

Location : 25 S Middlesex Ave, Monroe Township NJ

Shift Details : Monday - Friday 7 : 00am - 3 : 30pm (Mandatory Overtime & Weekends as needed)

Contract Length : Year long contract with potential for extension

Pay Rate : $23.50 / hr

Description :

What you’ll do on a typical day :

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
• Diagnose, assess and resolve problems or issues
• Monitor progress of delivery routes
• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
