Job Description

RN Director of Quality & Risk – Beckley, WV (Onsite Required)

Pay : $111,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Level : Mid-Level

Location : Beckley, WV 25801

Travel : Not required

Remote Work : Hybrid – must report in person to a designated facility

Must-Have Qualifications

• Active West Virginia Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Proven quality management experience in a healthcare setting
• Minimum 5 years of acute care RN experience

Nice-to-Have Certifications

CPHRM (Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management) – preferred

CPPS (Certified Professional in Patient Safety) – preferred

(Both required within two years of hire)
