We are looking for a dedicated Enrollment Supervisor in Reading, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities :
- Manage team performance by setting goals, conducting evaluations, and providing constructive feedback to ensure objectives are met.
- Oversee adherence to organizational processes and contractual requirements, including HR documentation, training mandates, budget reporting activities, and incident management protocols.
- Develop and implement measurement tools to track program effectiveness and analyze collected data for continuous improvement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges, ensuring alignment with management expectations.
- Hold team members accountable while fostering collaboration, goal-setting, and annual planning.
- Establish and review policies and procedures to bolster operational best practices and adapt to organizational evolution.
- Generate and communicate regular program reports and updates, ensuring transparency with senior leadership.
- Proven experience in office management or administrative leadership roles.
- Strong ability to supervise and manage employee performance effectively.
- Proficiency in creating and interpreting KPI reports to track team progress.
- Familiarity with maintaining compliance in organizational processes, including paperwork and training.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Experience in drafting policies and implementing process improvements.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with teams and leadership effectively.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and practices is preferred.
