Public Affairs Supervisor (Marketing Services)

Colorado Springs Utilities is hiring a people-focused and results-driven individual to lead our organization's marketing and creative services strategy which includes video and print production as well as marketing and advertising campaigns. You will lead a team that produces creative work in support of advertising, communications, and programs and projects that impact our community; provides marketing expertise to address customers needs; and ensures consistency of branding in communications. If you have experience with developing and / or leading marketing and advertising campaigns and strategies, and have a desire and ability to lead others, we want to hear from you!
What Else Will You Be Doing?
- Developing measurable marketing campaigns in partnership with internal stakeholders to support organizational goals and performance metrics
- Prioritizing and executing special projects (e.g., new market or product launches, entrepreneurial initiatives)
- Tracking and reporting on the impact of marketing and community programs, and maintaining measurable goals for each
- Leveraging data teams and tools to support data-driven decision making that enhance customer service
- Creating compelling calls to action that drive customer engagement with relevant programs
- Educating the community on key initiatives (e.g., conservation, environmental impact, emerging technologies) through creative use of paid media and outreach channels
- Managing the marketing and production budget
- Navigating technology solutions to create attractive and engaging mediums
- Directing placement and rotation of media purchases to achieve marketing campaign objectives)
Who You Are
