RN Med Surg / Tele - Per Diem

About the Role :

We are seeking a Medical-Surgical / Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) . This role involves providing high-quality patient care to a diverse population, monitoring cardiac telemetry , and ensuring smooth recovery for patients requiring continuous monitoring and medical-surgical care . The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking skills, experience with telemetry, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting .

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide direct patient care in a Med-Surg / Telemetry unit , monitoring vital signs and telemetry readings
• Perform comprehensive assessments , administer medications, and assist with treatment plans
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient conditions promptly
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions
• Accurately document patient information in EPIC or other EMR systems
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
