Must-Have :

• Candidate must be willing to travel to patient homes as needed.
• Experience with Baxter AMIA Peritoneal Cycler strongly preferred.
• Candidate must have their own vehicle, current insurance, and a clean driving record.

Description :

The position involves traveling to patient homes as necessary.

Patient training will occur on-site, focusing on teaching patients to perform their peritoneal dialysis independently at home.

The role includes managing current patients who are already undergoing peritoneal dialysis at home.

Regular work hours will be Monday through Friday, from 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM.

Holiday coverage is required, including two of the following : Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve / Christmas Day, or New Year's Eve / New Year Day.

Requested time off during the assignment must be noted and verified prior to submission.

No more than five days of requested time off will be accepted.

Profile must include work history and a skills checklist pertinent to the position, current to within one year.

A signed supervisory reference from within the past two years of employment is also required.
