2+years of experience as a certified medical assistant

Strong clinical experience

Injections

EKG's

Assisting with exams and procedures

Experience renewing and processing prescriptions

Medical terminology and pharmacology terminology knowledge

Experience utilizing Electronic Medical Records

Ability to follow written processes and procedures for the refill of medication(s).

Ability to maintain strict patient confidentiality and good internal and external customer relations.

Effectively communicates with patients, medical department, co-workers on Pharmacy team, and across departments.

Excellent communication and customer service skills

DUTIES : Room patients

Obtain vitals

Administer injections

Assist with exams and procedures
