Business Development Representative

This is a 100% remote role and requires fluency in English!

Who We Are Looking For

As a Business Development Representative at GlobalVision, you will be contributing to the growth of our organizations sales by positioning the value of GlobalVisions products to new prospects and current clients via cold calls and emails. You will also participate in social selling and networking. You will closely work with sales, marketing, and lead generation specialists.

The Day-to-Day

  • Identify prospects that match our ideal customer profile and contact these leads via cold calls and emails.
  • Effectively present our offerings, identify client needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
  • Dissect and qualify prospects business goals to determine if GlobalVision can be a strategic investment for their business growth.
  • Set qualified meetings for the Account Executive team.
  • Qualify marketing-generated leads : inbound, campaigns and events.
  • Build long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our companys values, unique culture, and vision for the future.

Indicators That You Could Be A Good Match For This Role

  • You have 1-2 years of proven BDR / SDR experience in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably with experience targeting mid-market or enterprise accounts.
  • You have a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed monthly / quarterly quotas.
  • You have a hunters mentality - resilient and persistent.
  • You have experience using Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Meet & Drive).
  • Minimum of a Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • You resonate with our values.
  • You are comfortable stepping out of the responsibilities in this job description!
  • Youre able to work autonomously and stay self-motivated.
  • You have strong written communication skills (this is key to succeeding in an asynchronous workplace like ours).
  • Nice To Haves

  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience prospecting, cold calling and cold emailing.
  • You are highly empathetic and are able to easily foster connections with people.
  • You are deeply curious, crave feedback, and are excited about learning in an accelerated environment.
  • Quebec candidates must be fluent in English and French. As an international company with clients, employees, and contractors located around the world, English is required to work with GlobalVisions internal and external stakeholders.

    Qui recherchons-nous?

    En tant que reprsentant du dveloppement des affaires chez GlobalVision, vous contribuerez la croissance des ventes de notre organisation en positionnant la valeur des produits de GlobalVision auprs de nouveaux prospects et de clients actuels par le biais d'appels froid et de courriels. Vous participerez galement la vente sociale et au rseautage. Vous travaillerez en troite collaboration avec les spcialistes des ventes, du marketing et de la gnration de leads.

    Le quotidien

  • Identifier les prospects qui correspondent notre profil de client idal et les contacter par le biais d'appels froid et d'e-mails.
  • Prsenter efficacement nos offres, identifier les besoins des clients et proposer des solutions appropries.
  • Dissquer et qualifier les objectifs commerciaux des prospects afin de dterminer si GlobalVision peut tre un investissement stratgique pour la croissance de leur entreprise.
  • Organiser des runions qualifies pour l'quipe de chargs de clientle.
  • Qualifier les prospects gnrs par le marketing : appels entrants, campagnes et vnements.
  • Construire des relations long terme avec les clients potentiels et existants.
  • Apportez votre rflexion, vos stratgies et vos ides pour faire progresser les valeurs de notre entreprise, sa culture unique et sa vision de l'avenir.
  • Indicateurs montrant que vous pourriez tre un bon candidat pour ce poste

  • Vous avez de l'exprience dans la vente et avez utilis des techniques de vente.
  • Vous avez une mentalit de chasseur - rsilient et persvrant.
  • Vous avez de l'exprience dans l'utilisation de Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Meet & Drive).
  • Vous tes titulaire au minimum d'une licence ou d'un diplme quivalent.
  • Solides comptences en matire de gestion du temps et d'organisation.
  • Vous tes en phase avec nos valeurs.

  • Vous tes capable de travailler de manire autonome et de rester motiv(e).
