Value-Based Care Product Manager, Senior
The Value-Based Care Product Manager, Senior leads the development, implementation, and operational oversight of digital health solutions. This position requires the ability to design, launch, and manage digital products that enhance patient outcomes, support care teams and care transformation, improve operational efficiency, and enable the shift to value-based contracting. This role demands the ability to skillfully drive disruptive innovation, while effectively collaborating with internal teams including clinical, operational, and technical partners while also managing external partnerships and outsourced relationships to ensure alignment with organizational goals and industry standards. Leveraging agile methodologies, this role combines innovative product vision with a pragmatic approach to execution and continuous improvement to optimize patient care and support the health system's transition to value-driven care models. This role is part of our Value-Based Care Institute (VBCI) products and analytics team and works with limited supervision.

Education
Minimum of 7 years of experience. A bachelors degree is considered to meet 3 years of experience; a masters degree is considered to meet an additional 1 year of experience, and a doctorate degree is considered to meet an additional 2 years of experience. Other relevant formal training in product development and healthcare operations may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Experience
Qualifications? Formal training or work experience in healthcare industry, product managers from consumer and retail may be considered.? Knowledge of the healthcare industry and passion to improve the health outcomes of the communities we serve.? Proven ability to drive innovation through a product mindset, culture, and matrix-organizational structure.? Success in managing digital products from concept to launch? Experience with agile development, human-centered design, and digital transformation? Ability to communicate complex analysis to non-technical leaders and decision-makers including verbally, in writing, and through effective visualizations.? Ability to engage with technical teams.? Genuine curiosity to dive deep into operational workflows and engage with stakeholders to design better solutions.? Deep commitment to continuous learning as part of a cross-functional team that includes clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
Preferred Experience? Knowledge of healthcare systems, value-based care, population health, and applicable regulatory frameworks including knowledge of value-based enterprise agreements? Understanding of clinical workflows and clinical operations as they relate to value-based care and population health
