Job descriptionKey Responsibilities : Lead, supervise, and support a team of plumbers and technicians on active job sites Be hands-on when needed to support the team and meet project deadlines Read and interpret blueprints, job specifications, and applicable plumbing codes to ensure accurate installation of systems Ensure all work complies with building codes, permits , and safety guidelines Conduct site inspections , identify and troubleshoot plumbing issues, and provide effective technical solutions Train, mentor, and coach team members to enhance skills, safety awareness, and overall productivity Manage multiple projects and teams efficiently, ensuring timelines and budgets are met Maintain a professional and positive attitude , representing Odyssey Mechanical on job sites and with clients Coordinate work effectively with other trades and communicate with project managers to maintain project schedules 401(k) 3% Match Company truck Dental insurance Fuel card Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Opportunities for advancement Paid time off Professional development assistance Retirement plan Vision insurance 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Overtime pay
