Physical Therapist (PT) - Home Health - West Palm Beach, FL

Preferred Home Care of Florida , a Medicare Home Health Agency, is hiring Per-Diem PTs!

Therapists will provide home based services such as evaluations, assessment and treatment.

Requirements :

Florida State PT License

CPR Certification

Malpractice Insurance

Recent Physical Exam

3 Years PT experience

Qualifications :

Must be patient oriented

Have excellent communication and written skills

Strong attention to detail

Highly organized

Experience :

Home Health PT : 1 year (Required)

License / Certification :

Physical Therapy License (Required)
