As a Control Tower Analyst, you will help power one of the world's largest pork producers by transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights. You'll be part of a high-impact team that drives smarter decisions, reduces risk, and improves performance across our global operations.

You will lead enhancements to our PowerBI dashboards, track strategic initiatives, and collaborate across departments to ensure supply chain opportunities are captured and executed. What You'll Do :

  • Data & Performance Management
  • Monitor Key Metrics : Track and analyze supply chain performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • PowerBI Dashboard Enhancements : Lead updates and improvements to visual dashboards, ensuring accurate and actionable data is available.
  • Value Estimation : Evaluate proposed opportunities by estimating potential cost savings and operational impact.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Meeting Support : Assist in preparing and executing Control Tower meetings, ensuring alignment and follow-through.
  • Stakeholder Task Tracking : Monitor progress on action items assigned to supply chain stakeholders and ensure timely completion.
  • Finance Partnership : Work closely with Supply Chain Finance to validate and track completed opportunities and their financial impact.
  • Strategic Execution & Continuous Improvement
  • Opportunity Implementation : Support the execution of initiatives that improve supply chain efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Change Leadership : Embrace and promote change, helping to align teams with the Control Tower's vision and goals.
  • Project Support : Contribute to additional projects as assigned, bringing analytical rigor and a proactive mindset.

What We're Seeking :

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 2+ years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
  • Basic knowledge of Continuous Improvement and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced level knowledge of Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, organizational planning, teamwork, analytical reasoning, and adaptability.
  • Ability to adjust communication style based upon varying levels of audiences you will encounter.
  • Strong interpersonal and technical skills.
  • Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment
  • Physical Demands & Work Environment :

  • The majority of the time is spent in an office setting.
  • Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
  • Frequently required to sit; stand; walk; reach with hands and arms.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance, vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
