The role youll contribute :

The Executive Director for Learning Innovation and Faculty Excellence facilitates and supports the educational development of faculty at AHU in collaboration with leadership in scholarship / research, educational technology, integration of faith and learning, and online instruction. The Executive Director works in consultation with the Academic Administration, departmental leaders, and the Faculty Development Committee to set visionary goals and develop programming for individual faculty, academic departments, and implements institutional programs that meet institutional goals. The Executive Director will be responsible for the advancement of curricular instruction and development, as well as educational technology, in collaboration with related departments, in keeping with the AHU mission and vision. The Executive Director actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. The Executive Director for Learning Innovation and Faculty Excellence is the primary academic supervisor of professional development programs and reports directly to the Provost.
