We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Branch Manager to lead a retail banking team, grow relationships, and drive branch success.

What You’ll Do :

Lead branch operations, sales, and customer service to meet goals and ensure profitability.

Build and deepen customer relationships through outreach, referrals, and community involvement.

Coach, motivate, and develop your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Oversee daily branch activities, ensuring compliance, security, and operational excellence.

Represent the bank in the community, building trust and expanding reach.

What We’re Looking For :

5+ years of banking, financial services, or sales leadership experience.

Strong knowledge of bank products and services, with a focus on helping customers succeed.

Proven leadership skills in coaching, team building, and performance management.

A customer-first mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to think strategically while staying hands-on in daily branch operations.
