A company is looking for a Sleep Coach (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Provide education, coaching, and ongoing support to patients using CPAP therapy
Review daily patient activity and initiate follow-up calls to patients and caregivers
Document all patient interactions in electronic medical records and assist with scheduling appointments
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field
Relevant healthcare, coaching, counseling, or patient support experience may substitute for a degree
Comfortable using electronic medical records and remote technology
CPAP or sleep medicine experience is a plus but not required
Bilingual is a plus but not required
