• 7 days on / 7 days off schedule with 8 am - 5 pm inpatient hours
• Call coverage Friday 5 pm - Sunday 8 am on working weekends
• 10 patient encounters expected per shift
• 90% adolescent patients, 10% adult patients aged 12 and above
• 30-minute med checks and 75-minute new evaluations
• 20-minute call response time required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
