The objective of the Student Programs at Nexteer Automotive is to selectstudents with high potential and provide them with real world work experiences. Work assignments expose students to many of the companys products processes and procedures. Assignments are designed to assimilateacquired classroom education with actual hands-on work experience in a technical addition Nexteer Automotive gains theopportunity to find new talent to enhance productivity while providing students exposure to full-time career opportunities.

Job Description :

This position will allow the Student to assist in the laboratory environment. Position will include performing various validation activities during various stages of a Product Launch. The Student will have the opportunity to interact with various Program customer this position the Student will aid the validation group on performing tests and other miscellaneous tasks.

Primary Job Responsibilities :

• Assist technicians with test setups
• Perform test activities per specifications provided
• Post process test results and write reports
• Storage organization of components
• Transporting of test parts from lab to lab and to various suppliers
• Student may be asked to complete other miscellaneous tasks as they arise.
