Job descriptionA minimum of 2 years of professional experience in information technology or a directly related field or a degree from an accredited university. Experience providing IT support to users via phone, email, and / or in person. Experience supporting enterprise hardware, software, and peripherals, specifically Microsoft 365 products. Understanding of Microsoft Windows 11, basic networking concepts, PC hardware and software. Must be able to work in a dynamic team environment. Ability to analyze and research problems of a basic nature and make recommendations as to their solution Able to lift at least 30 pounds. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. Job Description
The IT Desktop Support Technician will provide front line support for day-to-day information technology (IT) operations, which may include provisioning and shipping hardware, providing hardware and software support, installation setups, backups / restores and other system maintenance.
Responsibilities :
- Provision and ship computer hardware
- Create and manage user accounts in Microsoft 365
- Help desk ticket creation and resolution
- Perform Hardware maintenance and software support
- Assist with other IT needs as directed
