Travel Nursing Job Details

Location : Tahlequah, Oklahoma (74464) – Oklahoma nursing jobs

Assignment Length : 14 weeks

Start Date : December 1, 2025

End Date : March 7, 2026

Setting : Medical / Surgical Unit

Shift : 12-hour day shifts (3 shifts per week)

Hours per Week : 36

Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1680-$1800 per week

Attire : Navy Blue Scrubs

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of recent Med / Surg RN experience

Active Oklahoma or Compact Registered Nurse License

Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications

Ability to provide clinical support for pediatric patients

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to meet physical demands (stand, walk, sit, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl), and lift up to 50 lbs

Successful completion of pre-employment credentialing (background check and drug screen)

Med / Surg RN Responsibilities

Develop individualized plans of care for patients, considering cultural, religious, physical, and psychosocial needs

Initiate emergency measures, including resuscitative efforts

Administer prescribed medications, IV therapy, and respiratory support

Educate patients and families on preventative, curative, and rehabilitative care

Document observations, interventions, and patient progress accurately

Coordinate care and delegate tasks to LPNs and unlicensed personnel

Provide technical guidance and leadership to nursing staff

Maintain a safe, well-supplied, and organized unit environment

Demonstrate professionalism, ethical standards, and positive interpersonal skills
