Job description

Lead Fulfillment Specialist

The Lead Fulfillment Specialist will :

Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials (from suppliers and also within departments) according to production schedules. Plan and schedule material / production needs.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage master planning, material processes and systems, prepares and updates production schedules and purchasing needs
  • Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs
  • Optimize inventory and process improvements
  • Develop new solutions under guidance and / or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizations
  • Lead analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods
  • Communicate across direct organization
  • Present to senior leaders in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy
  • Deliver products as part of a team
  • Connect the dots across technologies and develop cross-technology solutions
  • Work on cross-functional projects / teams to deliver technology solutions for the business
  • Communicate across the function in area of expertise

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in fulfillment, planning, materials, manufacturing operations or related supply chain experience) + a minimum of 3 years of experience in fulfillment, planning, materials, manufacturing operations or related supply chain experience
  • Desired Characteristics

  • Prior experience working in a Union environment

  • The salary range for this position is $96,400 - $128,800 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus / variable incentive plan.
