Analyst Program Summary

Scheduled to start July 2026, o ur 2-Year Analyst Program is designed to be a launchpad for your career. From day one, you will gain hands-on exposure to the financial and operational aspects of investing and asset management, working alongside seasoned professionals. At the end of the program, strong performers are promoted to Associate, putting you on a fast track toward a career in private equity.

• Year One : Build your analytical toolkit with sophisticated financial modeling, while developing a solid understanding of the markets in which Realterm invests.
• Year Two : Step into leadership-own projects, mentor new analysts, and make meaningful contributions to investment and asset management decisions.

The position will work in a general office setting and may require travel, up to 20% of time annually, to remote office locations based on organizational / business needs.
