What You'll Do Provide direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.Educate patients and families on managing their illness or injury, including post-treatment home care needs.Develop, implement, and document individual plans of care in collaboration with the interprofessional team.Participate in activities that promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. What You'll Bring Nursing Diploma / Associate's in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.Registered Nurse (RN) license required.Peritoneal Dialysis experience preferred.No prior experience required. Salary, Shifts & Location This position offers night shifts with a schedule of 3 - 12 hour shifts from 1800 to 0630. You will be required to take on-call shifts every 6th Sunday and work every 3rd weekend.
