Job descriptionConduct pre-scheduled, in-home consultations with potential customers. Educate homeowners on HVAC system upgrades, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality solutions. Assess customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close deals efficiently. Offer flexible financing and promotional options to maximize affordability. Collaborate with installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Plans starting as low as $5 per week. 401(k) with Weekly Company Match. Ability to travel within assigned territories to meet with customers. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Willingness to work evenings and weekends to maximize earning potential.
