LHH is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Temporary Recruiter to support our client's hiring efforts for production roles in a manufacturing environment near Tipp City, OH. This role will focus heavily on using Indeed to post job openings, source candidates, and coordinate interviews. The ideal candidate will have 12 years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Post job openings on Indeed and other relevant platforms.
• Actively search and screen candidates using Indeed Resume Search and other sourcing tools.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Assist with onboarding tasks as needed (e.g., sending offer letters, collecting documentation).
• Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and employment laws.
