Join our client's dynamic team as a Permanent Environmental Technician in the Engineering industry and play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving the environmental health and safety of their operations. This position offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of environmental engineering, providing solutions to complex environmental challenges and contributing to the sustainability of our operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in mechanical troubleshooting, machine repair, and environmental monitoring, with a focus on motors, pumps, and blowers. This position requires a commitment to safety, a strong understanding of environmental regulations, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities :

• Perform routine field testing and monitoring to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues, including motors, pumps, and blowers.
• Conduct regular maintenance and repair on environmental equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Respond to environmental emergencies promptly, implementing appropriate safety measures and clean-up procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of all environmental data and activities, including testing results, maintenance and repair work, and safety incidents.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to develop and implement environmental strategies and initiatives.
• Stay updated on the latest environmental regulations and standards, ensuring all operations remain in compliance.
• Conduct environmental training sessions for staff, promoting a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
