You will be responsible for designing scalable and reliable data systems, setting engineering standards, and mentoring engineers across multiple teams. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on technical expertise, influencing the adoption of best practices and new technologies across the organization. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and analytics leaders to translate business needs into robust, long-term technical solutions. Your work will empower teams to leverage data effectively and enhance overall engineering capabilities.

Accountabilities :

• Architect, build, and maintain scalable data platforms, ensuring reliability and performance across all data systems.
• Define and evangelize data engineering best practices, tools, and design patterns for company-wide adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design services that produce clean, structured, and reliable data.
• Solve complex technical challenges including platform performance, data governance, and cost optimization.
• Mentor engineers across teams through workshops, design reviews, and one-on-one guidance.
• Drive technical decisions and initiatives across multiple teams, acting as a thought leader in data strategy.
• Evaluate, select, and integrate new data technologies to address business and technical challenges.
