The opportunity

Patina Group, a subsidiary of Delaware North, is hiring a General Manager with an exceptional knowledge of cocktail bar operations for our newest location. As General Manager for this 40-seat craft cocktail bar, you will use your strong knowledge of business finance by monitoring an annual budget, labor control, operating expenses, and P&Ls. You'll also use your skills to lead, inspire, and collaborate with a dedicated group of talented chefs and team members at the Diamond Room in San Diego, California.

The opportunity

As General Manager for this 40-seat craft cocktail bar, you will use your strong knowledge of business finance by monitoring an annual budget, labor control, operating expenses, and P&Ls. You'll also use your skills to lead, inspire, and collaborate with a dedicated group of talented chefs and team members at the Diamond Room in San Diego, California.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary : $78,400 - $105,800 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range.
