PLK Communities is an owner and manager of residential apartment communities.
Currently, we are in search of a skilled full-time Maintenance Technician who can float between The Highlands and Thirty43 by the Greene.
Responsibilities and Duties
The Maintenance Technician is to assist in maintaining the physical integrity of the community for the benefit of all residents, visitors, and staff :
- Perform any and all property maintenance needs
- Prepare apartments for new residents
- Completes work orders
- Basic Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Electrical Systems
- Mechanical Systems
- Small Appliance Repair
- Maintenance of the property grounds and common areas
- HVAC service and repair (willing to train)
- Ensure proper removal and disposal of trash
