As a toddler Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experiences of our students, ensuring they receive the support and guidance necessary for their growth.

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Create a safe and nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Provide individualized attention to students, catering to their unique needs and learning styles.
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere.
- Foster relationships with families through regular communication about student progress and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and share best practices in teaching.
- Monitor and assess student development, documenting progress and adapting teaching strategies as needed.
- Promote the importance of social skills, teamwork, and respect among students.
- Qualifications
- Experience in daycare or toddler care settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early education.
- First aid certification is a plus; willingness to obtain certification if not currently held.
- Experience working with students with disabilities is highly regarded.
- Strong caregiving skills with an emphasis on creating supportive learning environments.
- Ability to effectively manage classroom behavior while fostering positive relationships with students.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and staff members.
- A genuine passion for educating young children and supporting their developmental milestones.
