Lead Toddler Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for young children, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development. As a toddler Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experiences of our students, ensuring they receive the support and guidance necessary for their growth.

• Duties
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
• Create a safe and nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Provide individualized attention to students, catering to their unique needs and learning styles.
• Utilize effective behavior management techniques to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere.
• Foster relationships with families through regular communication about student progress and classroom activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and share best practices in teaching.
• Monitor and assess student development, documenting progress and adapting teaching strategies as needed.
• Promote the importance of social skills, teamwork, and respect among students.
• Qualifications
• Experience in daycare or toddler care settings is preferred.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early education.
• First aid certification is a plus; willingness to obtain certification if not currently held.
• Experience working with students with disabilities is highly regarded.
• Strong caregiving skills with an emphasis on creating supportive learning environments.
• Ability to effectively manage classroom behavior while fostering positive relationships with students.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and staff members.
• A genuine passion for educating young children and supporting their developmental milestones.
