Ability to Work Remotely : Part-time Remote Telework : The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week Lockheed Martin is an equal opportunity employer. Program Planner
You will be the Program Planner for the Integrated Program Planning team. Our team is responsible for driving program execution through effective relationship building and analyzing complex data to support the preparation and maintenance of program schedules and plans. As the Program Planner, you will be responsible for supporting Senior Integrated Program Planners in developing and maintaining comprehensive program plans and schedules. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to :
- Supporting the preparation, execution, and maintenance of new or existing planning products
- Developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) leveraging the Program Summary Master Schedules (PSMS)
- Identifying Critical / Driving Paths, performing probabilistic / deterministic risk analysis, and developing corrective actions
- Supporting proposal submittal and execution schedule development to meet established plans and parameters
- Supporting the implementation and monitoring of the Earned Value Management System through cost and schedule integration throughout the program lifecycle
