About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Client Operations to lead its Client Operations team, which serves as the vital link between client experience and tech operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end client implementation lifecycle, ensuring rapid time-to-value and sustained success with the platform. This role demands a strategic leader with a strong technical foundation, capable of building and scaling processes to transform client onboarding and maintain the technical rigor of the platform. The Head of Client Operations will also be the escalation point for complex technical troubleshooting, requiring exceptional communication skills and a data-driven mindset.
Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' of experience in client operations, implementation, technical account management, or solutions engineering, with at least 4 years' in a leadership role within high-growth technology companies. A background in e-commerce, payments, or marketplace platforms is preferred, along with experience in implementation automation and tooling. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, team development, and a focus on continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling implementation processes, managing both successful onboardings and complex technical escalations, and a strong ability to influence product and process roadmap based on client insights.
