Job Summary :

We are seeking a talented and experienced Applications Development Expert to join our team supporting a critical project for the Department of Economic and Workforce Development. As a key member of our team, you will serve as the subject matter expert (SME) responsible for the design, architecture, implementation, and management of Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop modern, integrated solutions that drive mission success. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver impactful outcomes through innovative CRM development and system integration.

Job Responsibilities :

• Serve as SME for the overall design, architecture, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions and integrations.
• Define the logical, technical, and physical architecture for the CRM solution.
• Lead the development and delivery of CRM solutions in Microsoft Dynamics, with a focus on supporting the Department of Economic and Workforce Development.
• Direct the administration, support, maintenance, and monitoring of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment, including configurations and customizations.
• Develop CRM enhancements and train development teams and end-users on new features and functionality.
• Gather and document business requirements from non-technical users and translate them into effective system requirements and functional designs.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and technical staff to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Manage and execute data migration activities to and from Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Prototype and demo recommended CRM solutions to key stakeholders.
• Integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM with third-party applications, databases, and external systems.
• Provide technical support and ongoing user training.
• Perform regular quality assurance and testing to validate CRM functionality and user satisfaction.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and deployment of new CRM features and capabilities.
