Job Summary
TruVine Home Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our growing team. In this leadership role, you’ll be responsible for developing and managing individualized care plans, conducting patient assessments, and supporting our marketing efforts to expand community outreach. Responsibilities
Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans and participate in audits.Conduct comprehensive patient assessments in the home setting and ensure timely documentationAssist with orientation of new hires and continuing professional development of established staffMaintain accurate records of patient care and report changes in conditionSupervise and support field nurses, CNA’s, and HHA’s, ensuring compliance with agency protocols and state regulationsParticipate in marketing initiatives, including community outreach, referral development, and promoting TruVine’s services to healthcare partnersCollaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities and improve service deliveryIdentify and evaluate patient needs and appropriateness of home care, by reviewing the initial intake screeningAdminister 2 step TB testing for employeesAppraise staff performance, provide teaching and counseling to enhance the delivery of services and the professional development of nursing and home health aide staff.Remain available during business hoursPerform other duties as directed by the AdministratorQualifications
Active RN license in the state of PennsylvaniaPrevious experience in home healthcare or supervisory nursing preferredStrong interpersonal, assessment, and client care skillsValid driver’s license and reliable transportationCurrent First Aid and CPR certificationAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesComfortable engaging in marketing and outreach activitiesWhat We Offer
