Help Wanted : Customer Service / Service Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service / Service Coordinator. If you thrive on providing excellent service and have exceptional organizational skills, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities include :

  • Managing customer inquiries and providing prompt and helpful responses.
  • Coordinating service requests, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Scheduling appointments and dispatching service technicians.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of service activities.
  • Collaborating with internal team to optimize service delivery.
  • Assisting with billing and invoicing processes.
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues with professionalism.
  • Providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
  • Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prioritizing tasks and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements :

  • 1+ YEAR Automotive Knowledge to assist customers with repair questions.  This is an important skill set that is necessary to fill the position we have open,
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
