• Work 12-hour shifts with 36 hours per week schedule
• Shift options : Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Saturday, Sunday, Monday
• Weekend requirement of 3 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule
• Holiday rotation for evening or day shifts
• No call or standby requirements
• No floating requirements
• Work on 20-bed stepdown / med surg unit
• Patient ratios : Stepdown 1 : 3 and Floor 1 : 5-6
• Required to titrate drips including Heparin, insulin, Cardizem, and Amiodarone
• Common patient diagnoses include respiratory issues, weakness, UTI, AKI, and chest pain
• Stepdown experience required
• Required certifications : BLS and ACLS (AHA)
• Dress code : Royal blue scrubs
• Unit-specific orientation provided
• EPIC charting system
• BSN not required
• Must provide copy of unexpired driver's license with submission
• Must be within 50-mile radius
• Client may cancel 2 shifts per 13-week assignment or 1 shift for assignments less than 13 weeks Facility : This medical center provides comprehensive healthcare services with a focus on acute care.
