Geisinger is offering a generous sign-on bonus for qualified Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Cardiovascular Surgery : $7,500 for eligible candidates and up to $10,000 for LPN's with 5 or more years of experience.

Geisinger is seeking a dedicated Clinic Nurse (LPN) to join our Cardiovascular Surgery team and provide essential clinical support to providers, patients, and families. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality care and ensuring continuity throughout the patient's treatment journey.

Sign-On Bonus :

• $7,500 for eligible LPN candidates (paid over 24 months)
• Up to $10,000 for LPNs with 5+ years of experience (paid over 36 months)

Education : Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required)

Experience : Minimum of 1 year-Nursing (Preferred)
