Job descriptionStart Date : ASAP End Date : Ongoing Coverage Type : No Call Schedule : 11aâ€"11p or as assigned (outpatient shifts) Setting : Urgent Care Center EMR : Epic Privileges : Not required Estimated Credentialing : 20 days Patient Volumes : Average 20 / day (up to 40 max) Support Staff : Center Manager, MA, PSA; supervising physician available offsite Board Certified NP or PA (NCCPA or NP boards) Active North Carolina license BLS certification Minimum 12 months of urgent care or acute care experience Strong communication and independent practice skills Local candidates See and treat both adult and pediatric patients (6 months and older) Common urgent care procedures : Incision & drainage - Laceration repair - Ear irrigation - Other minor procedures Provider functions as the sole clinician on shift with support staff Rates : Facility is accepting bids Malpractice : Provided Travel : Not reimbursed
