Key Responsibilities
Establish and lead the Managed Markets discipline, defining its vision and structure
Advise clients on payer communication strategies and monitor access dynamics
Collaborate with MLR teams to ensure compliance and contribute to business development efforts
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical managed markets or payer communications
Strong understanding of the U.S. managed care environment and payer dynamics
Interest in building or scaling a function, team, or department
Excellent client leadership skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for creating new capabilities
