Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide project portfolios aligned with strategic priorities and business goals.
• Develop scalable project management frameworks, governance models, and performance metrics (KPIs).
• Drive successful greenfield market launches, leading the planning, execution, and stabilization of 10+ new locations, with continued growth projected into 2026 and beyond.
• Oversee post-acquisition integration programs, ensuring seamless transitions and cross-functional alignment.
• Partner with senior leaders to scope, prioritize, and resource high-impact initiatives across departments.
• Promote transparency and collaboration through structured communication, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting.

Location : Fulton, MD

We welcome candidates for hybrid arrangements. Hybrid team members typically spend 23 days per week at HQ, with flexibility based on project needs. As this is a senior role, more frequent onsite presence may be required to collaborate closely with executive stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.
