Licensed Associate General Counsel

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel to provide legal advice and oversight on various legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the legal liaison to organizational units and senior executives on legal and administrative issues

Manage outside counsel, track legal developments, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Lead initiatives to mitigate legal risks and support organizational priorities

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor or equivalent from an accredited law school

7+ years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, including 3+ years in a leadership role

Validated legal expertise in corporate governance, contracts, and risk management

Licensed to practice law in one or more U.S. jurisdictions

Prior in-house legal department experience preferred
